Mr. Ranga N.B. Gorrepati President/MD of CarX Auto Services
Mr. Gorrapati, a Cincinnati based businessman shares his experiences and life lessons with students and faculty from the Xavier University and members of the IACC. Mr. Gorrepati runs a successful chain of Auto Service Stations spread across Cincinnati, Dayton and Indianapolis, and is also the Chairman at a pharmaceutical company in India.
Having trained at some of the most esteemed institutes in both India and the US, Mr. Gorrepati has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience . He continues to be heavily invested in community building through running a school, helping farmers and villagers with water schemes, bathrooms and drains, and helping students pursuing advanced education.

Chuck Leichty: our Inverstment Specialist, started with The Paragon Financial Group in August 2009. Prior to that, Chuck has been a Financial Advisor with an AAMS(Accredited Asset Management Specialist) accreditation since 2003 working mostly in the financial service arena.
Anuj Desai: Joined Paragon Financial Group in June 2009. Anju graduted from Wright State University where he majored in Economics. After graduation Anuj started Dream on Futon, a Futon Furniture store in Dayton, Ohio which was a first of its kind in the area.

Frank Klaine: Our speaker on Real Estate Tax valuation has extensive experience in Muncipal Law, School Law and Tax Assessment. Frank represents major cincinatti commercial property owners and school distrcits in building and kand valuation matters before the Hamiltion Country Board of Revision, Court of Common Pleas, State of Ohio Board of Tax Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Philomena Ashdown has been practing in the areas of creditor and debtor's rights, workouts and general insolvency matters with an emphasis on receiverships and Chapter 11 bankrupty.
