Yes! There will be food and beverages available for purchase at the concert. We’ll be offering boxed meals at a discounted rate, and a variety of soft and hard drinks will be available at the bar for your enjoyment.

Absolutely! We welcome children to the concert. However, considering the high decibel expected from the vibrant and electrifying music, we kindly request that only children aged 10 and above attend, with parental discretion. Tickets are complimentary for students ages 10-17, and students ages 18 and above may purchase a ticket at the discounted $12/student rate.

The umbrella organization for the Rhythms of India charity event is the Indian-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky in support of the Thuimai Vizhihal Trust school in Madurai, India. While the chamber will pass through 100% of the proceeds, the chamber is not itself a registered 501(3)c nonprofit and therefore cannot issue tax receipts for donations.

There is ample on-street and off-street parking within a block radius of the theater. Behind City Hall at 7th and Madison is a 400-car parking garage. Just south of the theater off of East 8th Street is a large city-owned surface parking lot.

All events at the Madison Theater have a “no re-entry” policy, which means once you enter the building you may not leave and come back for any reason.

You may not smoke or vape inside the facility. You are welcome to smoke/vape on the rooftop patio.

Small, non-professional still cameras that are less than 3.5″ in length and have no detachable lens may be brought into the facility. Audio or video recording devices are prohibited.

All guests entering the Madison Theater are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by our security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of guests and our staff.

For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest will be ejected from the facility. The following items are not permitted:

• Animals/Pets (except service animals)
• Audio/Video Recording Equipment
• Balloons, Beach Balls, or similar inflatable items
• Cans, Bottles, Glasses, or other Beverage Containers
• Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc..
• Coolers or Ice Chests
• Fireworks
• Knives
• Large Bags and Purses, larger than 12″x12″x6″
• Laser Pens and Pointers
• Monopods
• Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns)
• Outside Food, Beverage, Bottled Water, etc..
• Poster tubes
• Professional Photography Equipment, Tripods, and Selfie Sticks
• Skateboards, Rollerblades, Bikes, etc..
• Tools
• Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.
• Weapons of any kind
• Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue in its sole discretion. This list is subject to change at any time.

The main floor entry and the seating area between the bars and the restrooms are handicapped accessible. There are steps to the other seating areas and dance floor.
